Kardemummakaka med äppelringar/cardamom cake with apple

- Heat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking tin, and coat with bread crumbs.
- Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, cardamom.
Cut butter into the flour mixture, eg with a pastry cutter. Add cream, and
stir to combine.
- Spoon batter into baking tin. Stick slices of apple, peeled and cored, into the surface of the batter.
- Bake about 45 mins, until a cake tester comes out clean.
