1-4   Repeat (a).
5-6 (b) Elbow hook turn: Couples drop hold, clap twice, take R-elbow hook, and dance once round CW, 6 running steps.
7-8   Couples clap twice, take L-elbow hook, and dance once round CCW, 6 running steps.
9-12 (c) Polka: Couples take waltz hold and dance, moving in LOD, 8 turning polka steps.
In some places, (c) was repeated.
    Repeat from (a) as desired.
The dance is lively, with small movements.

Provenance: Dance originally documented by Erik Jensen in the 1940s-50s. In some places the polka was repeated, in others not. It was still being danced at public dances up until the 1940s.
