Bars Part Dance progression:
1-8 (a) M1 turns to W1 and W2, takes W1's R hand in his own R hand and W2's L hand in his own L hand. W1 and W2 join their free hands behind M1's back. The trio dances down through the lines, away from the front, W dancing forwards and M backwards, 4 chassé steps.
1-8   Without dropping the hold, the 2 W turn to face the front and all 3 dance towards the front (all dancing forwards) with 4 chassé steps, and stop in front of M2.
9-14 (b) W1 and W2 bring their joined hands forward over M1's head, so that their arms are crossed. All 3 dance turning 3/4 round CW on the spot with 6 walking steps (9-12),
They finish so that all 3 have backs to own lines.
15-16   On the last 2 steps, M moves backward between M2 and M3. W1, without turning, finishes between M1 and W2, so that all three dancers are in their original lines, with couple 1 below couple 2.
9-16   Couples 1 and 2 dance 'knude', ie chain, beginning by giving R hand to opposite. 8 walking steps.
|:1-8:||:9-16:|   When the dance repeats (from (a)), couple 1 dances with W3.
