1-8 1 (a) Circle: Couples form closed circle, and circle CW, 16 walking steps.
9-10   (b) W cross-over: W cross over to opposite Ws place, beginning with R foot, passing on the R, with 1 chassé, 1 walking step while turning to the L on L foot, and closing R foot to L. Ie RLR L R. Finish facing each other.
11-12   All pause.
13-14   W again change places as above, and finish in original place.
15-16   All pause.
1-8   (c) Elbow hook chain: Elbow chain with opposite: all clap hands on beat (1), take R elbow hook position with opposite, and walk once round CW with 4 walking steps. Then take L elbow hook with partner and walk once round CCW, 4 walking steps. Repeat (without clap). In the partner changes, M pass back to back.
9-16   (d) Polka: Couples take waltz hold, and polka CCW around each other, 8 polka steps.
1-8 2 (a) Couples form back basket and circle CW, 16 buzz steps.
    Parts (b), (c) and (d) are the same in all sequences.
Repeat from (2 (a)) as desired.
9-16   Dance finishes with polka out aroung the floor in LOD, 8 polka steps.

1-8 5 (a) 'Åget': Both M take 2-hand hold, lifting arms. Both W duck under Ms arms, take 2-hand hold, and lift joined hands over Ms heads to rest on Ms shoulders, as M lower arms to around Ws waists. Circle CW, 8 step-hops. Ditto CCW, 8 step-hops.
1-8   Circle: The dance finishes with all forming closed circle and circling CW, 8 step-hops. Ditto CCW, 8 step-hops.

9-10   (b) W cross-over: Both W change places passing on the L (ie passing R shoulders), 3 running walking steps (L R L).
On 3rd step, W turn over R shoulder and close R foot to L.
In some places part (b) is danced as follows: both W change places passing on the L with 1 chassé step (beginning with R foot) followed by 1 walking step during which Ws turn over R shoulder, and close R to L foot. Otherwise as follows.
11-12   All pause.
13-16   Repeat (b), so that W return to place.
1-8   (c) Elbow-hook chain: With a clap on the first step, all take R-elbow hook with opposite, and turn once round CW so M finish back to back (1-2), 4 walking steps.
All take L-elbow hook with partner, and turn one full turn CCW, M finishing back to back (3-4)j, 4 walking steps.
