1-8 1 (a) Circle: Circle CW with 4 tyrolertrin steps (1-4); ditto CCW, 4 tyrolertrin (5-8).
9-10   (b) Advance & retire: Couples take waltz hold, and advance with 1 chassé and 2 walking steps into the centre of the circle.
11-12   and retire with 1 chassé and 2 walking steps to place.
9-12   Swing: M take waltz hold with corner and swing on the spot 8 buzz steps.
13-16   (c) Promenade: All take crossed front hold with partner, and both starting with L foot, promenade in LOD, 8 walking steps, .
13-16   Without dropping hand hold, M turns R and W turns L to dance 8 walking steps in RLOD.
Finish in a double circle, M facing out, W facing into circle and dropping hold with L hand.
17-18   (d) 'Standing chain': Holding corner L-in-L, and beginning to the L, dance 2 tyrolertrin on the spot.
19-20   Holding R-in-R with partner, W turn 1/2 turn CW on the spot with 2 tyrolertrin, while M dances CW behind partner.
Finish in a double circle, M facing into and W facing out of circle, and giving L hand to new corner.
21-24   All dance 4 tyrolertrin on the spot, beginning to the left.
    Parts (b), (c) and (d) are the same in all sequences.
