Bars   Dance progression:
1   All leap onto outside foot (ML/WR) while kicking inside foot (MR/WL) up behind.
All leap onto inside foot (MR/WL) while kicking outside foot (ML/WR) up behind.
2   All leap onto outside foot (ML/WR) while kicking inside foot (MR/WL) up behind. Meanwhile M begins to turn CW in front of partner. and taking partner around the waist with L arm.
Both hop again on outside foot (ML/WR), while M drops hold with R arm, turns to face in LOD on partner's R side and kicking MR/WL (inside foot) forwards. W places her R hand on M's L shoulder. M and W have now changed places.
3-4   Repeat the above, beginning leaping onto MR/WL (outside foot), and W turning like M above in (2).
    Repeat as desired, moving in LOD.
