Repeat from (a) as desired. In the 1st repeat, couple 1 dances as above with couple 3, while couple 2 rests.
On the 2nd repeat, couple 1 dances as above with couple 4, while couple 2 dances as above with couple 3.
Every second repeat, a new couple enters the dance.
After having danced chain with the last couple, the original couple 1 stands at the end of the lines as the new
bottom couple.
