Bars Part Dance progression:
|:1-8:| (a) Both lines advance with a chassé (1-2) followed by 2 walking steps (3-4). Retire ditto (5-8).
Repeat (1-8).
9-16 (b) M1 with M2, and W1 with W2, turn to face and dance 8 reeltrin.
9-16   All turn to face partner, and dance 8 reeltrin.
17-24 (c) All take R-in-R hold with partner and circle CW, 8 walking steps.
17-24   All take front crossed hold with partner and turn with 8 buzz steps on the spot.
|:25-32:| (d) Couples 1 and 2 form closed circle and circle CW, 8 walking steps. Ditto CCW, 8 walking steps.
|:33-40:| (e) Couples 1 and 2 take waltz hold, and circle CCW around each other, 8 polka steps. Finish having changed places, ie having progressed.
    Repeat from (a) as desired.
When the dance repeats (from (a)), couple 1 dances with couple 3, while couple 2 rests. In the following repeat, couple 1 dances with couple 4, while couple 2 dances with couple 3. If many couples are dancing, every 2nd couple may start.
