    Dance progression
1-4 (a) All dance in LOD, W backwards and M forwards, with 4 chassés [beginning with L foot]. Meanwhile, all "play with golden apples", one cast per chassé, beginning with R hands. On the last chassé, M turns over L shoulder, W over R shoulder, to face corner.
5-8 (b) All dance 4 chassées with corner, M dancing backwards in LOD, W forwards, and "playing with golden apples" as before.
9-16 (c) All take waltz hold with corner (=new partner), and dance 8 polka steps, turning CW and moving in LOD.
1-4 (a) Repeat (a) with new partner.
5-8 (b) Repeat (b) with new corner.
9-16 (c) Repeat (c) with new corner.
    Repeat from (a) as desired.
With each repeat, M move one place CW, W move one place CCW in the circle.
