Dance progression

|:1-8:| 1 (a) All couples form closed circle and dance CW 16 walking steps. Ditto CCW 16 walking steps.

9-16 (b) Couples 1 and 2, with waltz hold, dance 8 turning polka steps CCW around each other, one full turn, and stop in centre with W back to back.

9-16 Couples 3 and 4, with waltz hold, dance 8 polka steps around couples 1 and 2, and stop in centre, W back to back.

17-24 (c) All M drop hold, walk CW around the women in the centre, to opposite W (17-20), take waltz hold, and swing on the spot with pivot steps (21-24).

17-24 Repeat (c) to return to partner and place.

|:25-32:| (d) All dance R-hand chain, 16 walking steps in waltz rhythm. Finish in place.

Parts (b), (c) and (d) are the same in all sequences.
