Bars Part Dance progression
1-4 (a) Tyrolervals: Couple dances 4 small tyrolertrin in LOD [turning slightly away from and towards each other].
5-8   On a 5th tyrolertrin, couple turns individually [towards partner], takes ML in WR hand, and repeats in RLOD.
1-8   Repeat (a).
9-10 (b) Turn & waltz: Dropping handhold, couple turns individually on the spot. M turning over L shoulder (CCW) and W turning over R shoulder (CW). 3 small running steps (9). Finish with a curtsey/bow to partner (10).
11-12   Repeat, first touching ML/WR hands and then turning in opposite direction, ie M turning CW and W turning CCW. Again finish with curtsey/bow to partner (12).
13-16   Couple takes waltz hold and dances turning waltz, turning CW and moving in LOD. 4 waltz steps.
9-16   Repeat (b).
    Repeat from (a) as desired. Normally danced twice.

1-2 (a) Tyrolervals & turn: Couple dances 2 small tyrolertrin in LOD [turning slightly away from and towards each other].
3-4   Dropping handhold, couple turns 3/4 turn individually on the spot. M turning over L shoulder (CCW) and W turning over R shoulder (CW). 3 small running steps (3). Finish with a curtsey/bow to partner (4). Finish facing RLOD.
5-8   Holding new inside hands (ML/WR), repeat (a), moving in RLOD, and turning in opposite direction (M turning CW over R shoulder, W CCW over L shoulder). 3 small running steps (7) and a curtsey/bow to partner (8).
1-8   Repeat (a).
9-10 (b) Turn & waltz: Dropping handhold, couple turns individually on the spot. M turning over L shoulder (CCW) and W turning over R shoulder (CW). 3 small running steps (9), and a hand clap (10).
11-12   Repeat, first touching ML/WR hands and then turning in opposite direction, ie M turning CW and W turning CCW. Again finish with clap (12).
13-16   Couple takes waltz hold and dances turning waltz, turning CW and moving in LOD. 4 waltz steps.
9-16   Repeat (b).
Repeat from (a) as desired. Normally danced twice.
