Provenance: Originally danced to pas des patineurs, choreographed by Prof. M. Willemot and composed by Edouard Jouve, opus 21. First published in Eugéne Giraudet's La Danse published 1894. The Danish version is usually danced to the tune Svensk schottis composed by Carl Gottschalksen (1854-1939), published in 1904.
