Bars Part Dance progression:
1-2 (a) Beginning with outside foot (ML/WR) all dance 2 chassé steps forward in LOD.
3-4 (b) All dance 2 polka [or hamborger] steps turning CCW, while moving in LOD.
5-8   Repeat bars 1-4.
9-16   Repeat twice.
    Repeat from (a) as desired.

Note: based on the name, I am assuming that this was originally done to hamborger music, but changed to the more popular polka music by the time it was documented in the early 1900s.
