  Bars Dance progression
  1-2 M and W change places: M dances on the spot (L R L) or slightly backwards and to his R, to make room for his partner, while leading partner over to his L side with 3 running steps (W dancing R L R) (1).
Both dance 1 mazurka step forward in LOD (2), ie with inside (ML/WR) foot hop twice, while swinging outside (MR/WL) foot forward and back (2).
  3-4 M and W change places: W dances on the spot (L R L) or slightly backwards to make room for her partner, while leading M over to her L side with 3 running steps (M dancing R L R) (3).
Both dance 1 mazurka step forward in LOD (4), ie with inside (MR/WL) foot hop twice, while swinging outside (ML/WR) foot forward and back.
  1-4 Repeat bars 1-4 (above).
  |:5-8:| Repeat twice.
    Repeat from the beginning as desired.
Note: in order to avoid ending up in the middle of the floor, the person dancing on the spot each time needs to dance somewhat to their R, as well as making room for their partner to pass.
