| 1-4 | (a) | All couples move diagonally forward and to the L, passing oncoming couple, 4 walking steps (1-2).
All couples move diagonally forward and to the R, to face next oncoming couple, 4 walking steps. Nod to opposite on last step (3-4). |
| 5-8 | The two facing couples form small closed circle, circle CW once round, 8 walking steps. | |
| 1-8 | Repeat (a), circling with a 3rd oncoming couple. | |
| 9-12 | (b) | Arches: Couple 2 raises inside hands to form arch, and dances forward in LOD, beginning with outside foot (ML/WR) with 1 chassé and 2 walking steps (9-10).
Ditto backwards with lowered arms, 1 chassé and 2 walking steps (11-12). Meanwhile, couple 1 dances under the arch, 1 chassé and 2 walking steps, and M turns L and W turns R, to curve individually around couple 2 and return to place. 1 chassé and 2 walking steps. All M close R to L on second walking step. Finish facing partner, holding partner by upper arms. |
| 13-16 | All dance 8 buzz steps on the spot. | |
| 9-16 | Repeat (b), with couple 1 forming arch, and couple 2 dancing through it. | |
