|:1-8:| | 1 (a) | In closed circle, all dance CW, 8 step hops (1-8). Ditto CCW, 8 step-hops (1-8). |
|:9-16:| | (b) | All take waltz hold with partner, and dance turning hopsa moving CCW in the circle. 16 hopsa steps. |
1-8 | 2 (a) | All take 2-hand hold with partner, M with backs to centre of the circle. All dance with small hopsa steps, moving in LOD (moving to ML/WR). The first step of every second hopsa step should be quite long, the 2nd and 3rd on the spot. |
1-8 | All take 2-hand hold with new partner to their L, W dancing the first hopsa step on the spot and M moving to their L on the first hopsa step. All continue moving in LOD as above, 8 hopsa steps. | |
