    Dance progression:
    I:
1-4 1 (a) All advance to the centre, beginning with R foot, bowing and lifting joined hands. 4 slow walking steps (1-2), then retire 4 walking steps (3-4).
1-4   All circle CCW, beginning with R foot. 8 walking steps.
|:5-8:| (b) R-hand chain to first meeting with partner, but without taking hands in the chain. All turn CCW one-half turn, while passing back-to-back CCW with partner, to face in opposite direction, and chain back to place (again no hands). 16 walking steps.
|:1-4:| 2 (a) Take closed waist-shoulder [or polska] hold with partner. All dance 16 pivot steps CCW around the circle.
|:5-8:| (b) Chain as (1b) above.
|:1-4:| 3 (a) Pivot steps as (2a) above.
Continue, without pause, with trekant II.
    II:
|:1-4:| 1 (a) Chain as in (I:1b) above.16 walking steps.
5-12 (b) Pivot steps as (I:2a) above.
13-20 (c) All dance 8 polka steps, moving CCW and turning CW, around the set.
|:1-4:|,5-20   Repeat all of trekant II.
Continue, without pause, with trekant III.
    III:
1-8 1 (a) Chain as in (I:1b) above. 24 running steps.
9-16 (b) 8 Jydsk på næsen steps. Note that the man's little extra step with the L foot on the second beat is dropped.
1-8,9-16   Repeat all of trekant III.
