Bars Part Dance progression:
1-8 1 (a) All dance CW, 8 step-hops.
1-8   All dance CCW, 8 step-hops.
9-16   (b) All turn to corner, and beginning with L foot, dance 4 balancé steps.
9-16   All turn over L shoulder on the first balancé step, and facing partner, dance an additional 3 balancé steps.
|:17-24:|   (c) All dance R-hand chain, 16 step-hops.
At first meeting with partner, take L-in-L hand hold with partner at shoulder height, holding R arm up in the air and dance half way round CCW, and chain back.
Repeat at next meeting with partner, taking R-in-R hand hold, with L arm held high.
    Parts (b) and (c) are the same in all sequences.
|:1-8:| 2 (a) All couples take waltz hold and dance 16 hopsa steps CCW around the set.
|:1-8:| 3 (a) All W form closed circle and dance CW, followed by CCW, 16 step-hops.
|:1-8:| 4 (a) All M form closed circle and dance CW, followed by CCW, 16 step-hops.
|:1-8:|   The dance finishes with all 3 couples forming a closed circle, and dancing CW, followed by CCW, 16 step-hops.

Provenance: the dance comes from Vinding. The music was found in the neighbouring parish of North Felding.
