Provenance: The dance was taught and played by siblings Edith Tuomi (née Lindfors) and Arvo Lindfors born in Pomarku in 1907 and 1904 respectively. They had learned the dance from their father Frans Vihtori Lindfors (born 1870), who had learned it at a wedding in Hinnerjoki in 1920. It was documented by Aino Pokkisen in a note and a recording by Pirkko-Liisa & Esko Rausmaa (1976).
