Bars Part Dance progression:
1-4 (a) Circle: All step to R side with R foot (1:1), touch L foot (1:3), step to L side with L foot (2:1, touch R ( (2:3). Moving to the right, step to R side (3:1), cross L behind (3:3), step to R side (4:1), and touch L foot (4:3).
5-8   Repeat, with opposite footwork,
9-12   Advance & retire: All advance, beginning with ML/WR foot, with 3 running steps (1-2) and a hop on (2:3). Retire ditto (3-4).
13-16   Dos-à-dos: Dance dos-à-dos with corner, passing R shoulders. 8 running steps.
17-20 (b) 1-hand turn: With R hand palm to palm with partner, turn CW 8 running steps.
21-24   With L hand palm to palm with partner, turn CCW 8 running steps.
25-32   Repeat (b) with corner (=new partner).
17-32   Humppa: In waltz hold with new partner, dance 16 turning humppa steps, moving in LOD.
    Repeat from (a) as desired.
