Bars Part Dance progression:
1-4 1 (a) Turning 1/4 turn to R, step R (1:1), stomp L foot (1:3), turn to L stepping onto L foot (2:1), and stamp R foot (2:3).
Repeat (a) (3-4).
|:5-8:|   (b) Taking R hand in R hand with partner, step towards partner (5), raising joined hands. Step away from partner (6), and change places with partner, turning one-half turn CW (7-8), with 4 walking steps.
Repeat (a) to return to place (5-8).
1-4 2 (a) Turning 1/4 turn to R, with hands crossed at face level. Dance away from partner, 7 stomping steps, while bringing hands down and out to the sides at hip level (1-2).
Turn 1/2 turn CCW (to L), and repeat (2 (a)) returning to partner (3-4).

1-4,|:5-8:|   Repeat from (a) as desired.
