Bars Part Dance progression:
1-8 (a) Polkka: Dance 4 polkka steps turning CW and moving in LOD, then 4 polkka steps turning CCW, moving in LOD.
Finish with M facing in LOD, W facing RLOD.
9-12 (b) Sivuaskelikot (side-steps): In polkka hold, dance 2 side-steps out of the circle, with a stamp on the last beat (10:4), followed by 2 side-steps back into circle, with a stamp on (12:4).
13-16   Repeat (b).

Provenance: Described by Hilma Heikkilältä, from Nakkila, Satakunta, Was danced around the 1870s. Published by Otto Harjun in 1936. The music Poosjärven poljkka, as played by Oskari, from Hautamäki from Noormarku. Taught by ?, in Vancouver in the early 1970s.
