1-4 | Läpikäynti (pass through): Head couples change places, W passing on inside. At opposite place, W turns 1/2-turn CCW, while M turns 1/2-turn CW moving outside W, to finish with W on R side of M, facing into the set, 4 hyllytystä steps. | |
5-8 | (b) | Läpikäynti (pass through): Head couples again change places as above, to return to original place. |
5-8 | Piiri (circle): All couples form closed circle, hands at shoulder height, and dance 4 hyllytystä steps, turning CW, so that side couples are now the new head couples. | |

Repeat from (a) until all couples are in original position at start of the dance. |
