|:1-8:| (a) Piiri: all couples form a closed circle, and circle CW 8 waltz steps, followed by 8 waltz steps CCW. Finish in square set.
9-16 (b) Karkelo, head couples: Head M begin with L foot, and dance:
2 waltz steps diagonally to the R of opposite M (9-10), finishing almost L shoulder to L shoulder
1 waltz step to the L of opposite M, turning CCW (over L shoulder) and moving to L (11) finishing with backs to opposite Ms place,
1 waltz step diagonally backwards to opposite Ms place (12).
After a small nod to opposite W, repeat to return to original place, 4 waltz steps (13-16).
9-16   Begining with L foot, head W repeat (b), their first 2 waltz steps straight forward. 8 waltz steps.
|:1-8:| (c) Vastuu ja läpikäynti, head couples:
Head couples, holding inside hands at shoulder height, advance 2 waltz steps (1-2),
retire 2 waltz steps (3-4),
drop handhold and pass through opposite couples, passing on the L, W passing on the inside, 2 waltz steps,
resume handhold and turn as a couple CCW in the opposite place (M backwards), 2 waltz steps (5-8).
Head couples repeat (c) to return to original place (1-8), 8 waltz steps.
