Formation: 3 couple set, couple 1 faces couples 2, couple 3 stands behind couple 2, also facing couple 1.

Bars Part Dance progression:
1-4 (a) Figuré & couple turn: Couples 1 and 2, holding inside hands with partner, dance 8 step-swings, starting hopping on L and swinging R foot.
1-4   On the first bar (1), couple 2 turns half way round CCW [M backward, W forward] as a couple to face couple 3 with 2 step-swings, and dance 6 step-swings.
5-12 (b) Circle: Couples 2 and 3 form closed circle, and dance 8 step-swing once round on the spot CW. Repeat dancing 1-1/2 times round CCW, beginning with a stamp. Couples 2 and 3 have now changed places, [ie couple 3 is now in the centre].
|:1-4:|   Repeat (a), with couple 3, in the middle position, now dancing first with couple 2, and then with couple 1.
5-12   Repeat (b), with couple 3 now dancing with couple 1.

Formation: even number of couples alternately facing in LOD and RLOD.
Bars Part Dance progression:
1-4 (a) Figuré & couple turn: Facing couples, holding inside hands, dance 8 step-swings, starting hopping on L and swinging R foot.
1-4   On the first bar (1), all couples turn CCW [M backward, W forward] as a couple to face new couple, with 2 step-swings, and dance 6 step-swings in place.
5-12 (b) Circle: Facing couples form closed circle, and dance 8 step-swings once round on the spot CW. Repeat dancing 1-1/2 times round CCW, and beginning with a stamp. Facing couples have now changed places [ie progressed].
