1-4 1 (a) Vastuu: Opposing couples 2 uhtuanaskelikot towards each other, 2 uhtuanaskelikot back to place.
5-8 Portit: Opposing couples 4 uhtuanaskelikot to opposite place, couple on the left passing under arch formed by right hand couple.
1-8 Kisapyörintää: Couples take polska hold, and dance 8 buzz steps on the spot CW. Ditto with reverse buzz steps CCW.
:1-8: Repeat (1 (a)), this time with left hand couple forming the arch.
1-4   (b) Karkelo: M dance uhtuankarkelo, 4 uhtuanaskelikot, to opposite place.
Karkelo is danced as follows: 2 uhtuanaskelikot forward and to R (1-2), step to L side, jumping and turning CCW and passing opposite on the L (3), and continuing to opposite side with 1 uhtuanaskelikot (4).
5-8 M takes polska hold with opposite W, and dance 8 buzz steps turning CW on the spot.
1-8 M dance uhtuankarkelo back to place (1-4) and turn CW on the spot with partner, 8 buzz steps (5-8).
6x1-8 W repeat (1 (a) and (b)).

4x1-8 2 (a) Portit: repeat (1 (a)).
:1-8:   (b) Risti: R-hand star with opposite couple, 8 uhtuanaskelikot CW. Ditto with L-hand star CCW.
1-8   (c) Kisapyörintää with polska hold 8 buzz steps on the spot CW. Ditto with reverse buzz steps CCW.
7x1-8   Repeat (2 (a), (b) and (c)). This time with 2-hand star in (2 (b)), CW and CCW.

1-8   (b) Kisapyörintää with polska hold 8 buzz steps on the spot CW. Ditto with reverse buzz steps CCW.
4x1-8   (c) Tähti: All couples take skewed waltz hold with partner, and run with 8 uhtuanaskelikot in LOD. On 8th uhtuanaskelikot, M 'throws' W forward to next M. Repeat 3 times.

1-8   (d) Kisapyörintää with polska hold 8 buzz steps on the spot CW. Ditto with reverse buzz steps CCW.
4x1-8   (e) Repeat (4 (c)) but this time W 'falls back' one M at end of each 8 uhtuanaskelikot.
