3-4   Courtesy to 'adults' (couple 1), to the R and to L.
5-6   'Youngsters' (couple 2) turn to L [CCW] and return to original places, 4 walking steps.
7-8   'Youngsters' (couple 2) turn L [CCW] to face into set, 2 walking steps, and courtesy to partner.`
9-16   'Adults' (couple 1) repeats (1).
17-18 (2) Risti (1-hand star): All 4 dancers advance to centre of set, 4 walking steps.
19-20   All 4 dancers courtesy to R and to L.
21-24   With much show, all 4 dancers form R-hand star, grasping the wrist behind. M have free hand at side, W holding skirt.
25-28   In star formation, circle CW 8 walking steps. Ditto CCW in L-hand star to finish in original place, 8 walking steps.
33-36 (3) Piiri (open circle): In open circle, all circle CW, 8 walking steps. M with arms at sides. W holding skirts in fromt.
37-40   All continue to move CW, as M switch places with each other, passing to the left.
|:41-48:| (4) Valssi (waltz): Couples take waltz hold, and dance turning waltz, 16 waltz steps.
Couple 1 dances smoothly and with dignity. Couple 2 stamps to the beat, and waves as they waltz around couple 2.
1-16 (5) Tervehdykset (courtesy): Repeat part (1).
17-20 (6) (Advance & courtesy): Repeat the first 4 bars of part (2).
21-28   Kiittäminen (thanks): M1 thanks W2 while M2 thanks W1. Then M1 thanks W1 while M2 thanks W2. Finally W2 thanks W1 and M2 thanks M1, happily patting each other on the back.

Provenance: Published in Kisakenttä in 1912 (page 224). Published by Armas V. Stenberg based on pianist Martti Nisoselta, who had learned it during summer holidays in Pyhtää from a local village musician.
