1-2 (a) Change with opposite: Facing opposite couple, all couples advance with 2 chassé steps. The two opposite M exchange partners and
3-4   return to W's side, turning once round CW with 2 chassé steps.
1-4   Repeat (a) to return to partner and place.
5-8 (b) Change with neighbour: Repeat (a) with couple on own side.
5-8   Repeat (b) to return to partner and place.
1-2 (c) Change diagonally: All 4 couples dance diagonally into centre of set of 4 couples, with 2 chassé steps. Each M takes waltz hold with next W to his L (ie M moving CW around the set), and
3-4   returns to W's place, turning once round CW with 2 chassé steps.
1-4,|:5-8:|   Repeat (c) 3 times to return to original partner and place.
|:1-4:|   Change with opposite: Repeat (a).
