Bars Part Dance progression
1-4 (a) Beginning with outside (ML/WR) foot, couples dance towards centre of circle with 1 waltz step (M backwards, W forwards), then back out with one waltz step (W backwards, M forwards). Followed by two waltz steps turning CW and moving in LOD.
5-8   W dances, with 4 waltz steps CW under joined ML/WR arms, two full turns (one-half turn per waltz step). Meanwhile M dances running waltz steps forward in LOD.
9-14 (b) Six turning waltz steps moving in LOD.
15-16   On the last 2 waltz steps W dances CW under joined ML/WR arms, as before.
    Repeat from (a) as desired.

Note 1: this was one of the combined dances for Nordlek 2000 in Stavanger.
Note 2: this can easily be turned into a mixer, by, on 15-16 W moving forward in LOD to next M.
