Formation: open circle of couples, holding inside hands (outside arms hang free), facing in LOD (CCW in circle).
Steps: side-step, two-step, walk, waltz

Bars Sequence Dance progression
1-4 (a) Step forward in LOD onto outside foot (WL/WR) (1), turning (M to L, W to R) to finish back to back with partner, stretching inside hands forward in LOD. Dance 3 side-steps in LOD ((2-4).
5-8   Step back onto outside foot, turning half-way round to face partner (M to R and W to L) and moving in LOD (5), and stretching joined arms in RLOD. Dance 3 side-steps in RLOD ((6-8).
1-8   Repeat (a).
9-10 (b) Drop handhold. M and W turn one full turn away from partner (M to L, W to R) to finish facing partner, 2 pivot steps beginning with outside foot.
11-12   Facing partner, but without handhold, dance 2 side-steps in LOD.
13-14   Facing partner, but without handhold M and W turn one full turn away from partner (M to R, W to L), moving in RLOD to finish facing partner, 2 pivot steps beginning with outside foot.
15-16   Facing partner, but without handhold, dance 2 side-steps in RLOD.
9-16   Repeat (b).
1-2 (c) All take skewed 2-hand hold with partner, hands at shouilder height and somewhat extended, standing to L of partner with R hops adjacent, M facing in LOD. Beginning with ML/WR foot, dance 2 slow walking steps in LOD.
3-4   Without dropping handhold, all turn a half-turn to R (CW), so that W is facing in LOD and M has his back to LOD. Dance 2 slow walking steps in LOD.
5-6 (c) Without dropping handhold, and maintaining position (ie W is facing in LOD and M has his back to LOD. Dance 2 slow walking steps in RLOD.
7-8   Without dropping handhold, all turn a half-turn to L (CCW), so that W is facing in RLOD and M has his back to RLOD. Dance 2 slow walking steps in RLOD.
1-8   Repeat (c).
9-12 (d) All take waltz hold with partner, M facing in LOD. Beginning with ML/WR, dance one side-step to centre of circle (9-10), and one side-step out of circle (11-12).
13-16   Dance either 4 turning waltz steps, or 2 slow two-steps, turning CW and moving in LOD.
9-16   Repeat (d).
    Repeat from (a) as desired.
