Formation: any number of couples in closed circle.
Steps: step-hop, walk
Music: Irish washerwoman

1-4 (a) All walk 4 steps towards centre of circle, followed by 4 walking steps out of centre.
5-8   Repeat (a).
1-4 (b) All W walk 4 steps towards centre of circle, and 4 walking steps back to place.
5-8   All M walk 4 steps towards centre of circle, turn CCW (over L shoulder) and 4 steps to next W in RLOD (ie W who was initially on their L side).
9-16 (c) Take R-elbow hook with new partner, and dance 16 step-hops turning CW on the spot.
9-16 (d) Holding inside hands with new partner, 16 step-hops in LOD.
    Repeat from (a) as desired.

Note: The dance is done twice for each repeat of the 32-bar music.
