|:1-8:| | (a) | R heel forward on floor (1 &), close to L foot (2), repeat (3 & 4). Ditto with L heel (5 & 6, 7 & 8). Sequence of R-heel, repeat, L-heel, repeat, is done a total of 4 times. |
|:9-16:| | (b) | 'Chug' both arms to the right twice, elbows bent and forearms parallel to the floor (9 & 10). Repeat to the left (11 & 12). Repeat all 4 'chugs' 3 times. |
|:17-24:| | (c) | Clap own hands twice (17 &), clap R neighbour's L hand with own R hand, and L neighbour's R hand with own L hand (2). Repeat 7 times. |
