Bars Part Dance progression:
1-4 (a) March: March, swinging arms.
|:5-8:| (b) Legs fwd & back: R heel forward on floor (5), close to L foot (6), repeat (7-8). Repeat (5-8).
|:9-12:| (c) Walk & knee lift: 3 quick walking steps R-L-R (9), lift L knee and clap it with R hand (10), repeat with opposite footwork (11-12). Repeat (9-12).
    Repeat from (a) as desired.
