|:1-8:| | (a) | Holding hands with neighbours, sway side to side, first to the right, then to the left. 16 sways. |
|:9-16:| | (b) | Lift both feet (9:1), and replace on the floor (9:3). Spread both feet to the sides (10:1), and bring them together (10:3). Repeat 7 times. |
|:17-24:| | (c) | With feet on the floor, stretch R arm forward (17) and as far back as possible (18). Repeat (19, 20). Ditto with L arm (21-24). Repeat 3 times. |
Repeat from (a) as desired. |
