Provenance: In the beginning of the 1930sm\, the dance, as described above, was remembered by a number of the elderly in the western part of Vejle county. Dance and music are variants of the Varsovienne common throughout the Nordic countries, including Finland, Norway, Sweden. the Faroe Islands and Iceland.
