Bars Part Dance progression:
1-2 (a) Starting with outside food (ML/WR), couples turn CCW about 1/3-turn with 1 change step (1), followed by a change step turning about 1/3-turn CW (2), while moving in LOD. Ie couple swings towards centre of circle, and back out again, on 2 change steps.
3-4   Couples dance 2 pivot steps to turn one full turn CW (3), followed by both bending forward/down in LOD with a step forward in LOD (ML/WR) (4:1), and a step with inside foot (MR/WL) to close (4:2).
|:5-8:|   Repeat (a) twice.
1-4 (b) Couples dance 2 change steps forward in LOD (1-2), followed by 4 walking steps forward in LOD (3-4).
Alternatively, replace 4 walking steps with 4 pivot steps.
|:5-8:|   Repeat (b) twice.
1-4 (c) Couples take butterfly hold, and dance 1 change step forward in LOD (1). Fold joined MR/WL hands forward, under joined ML/WR hands, and dance a second change step forward in LOD (2). Face partner, hold joined ML/WR hands behind M's back, and joined MR/WL hands behind W's back, and dance 4 pivot steps moving in LOD.
